How can I use tap in safari?

I am testing a html5 page. There is a button listening onTap event not onClick.

so, "wd.find_element_by_xpath('//input[@Class="cancel" and @value="Cancel"]').click()" fail.

and I debug try to find the right way, then I found "/wd/hub/session/:sessionId/touch/tap",

I just want to know , How can I use webdriver to sent the right url .

Actually, calling "click()" in mobile safari uses the "tap()" javascript atom.

What is the failure? Is it element not found? Might be the Xpath is too complicated.
