A data analysis of a dataframe which contains reported cases of Zika virus microcephaly in Brazil at 2016 I used the follwing dataset for this work: 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/BuzzFeedNews/zika-data/master/data/parsed/brazil/brazil-microcephaly-2016-01-30-table-1.csv'
The purpose was to show skills of cleaning and manage the dataframe with pandas and plot the graphics with matplotlib
