More changes here than expected for a release PR:

  • Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to enable alerts for a single test at a time. You can now use the env to switch on all, per test enable, or disable a single test at a time if the env is on.
  • Marked the unsupported test templates as deprecated (i.e. all except transaction)
  • Moved the alerts doc into the distributed package
  • Added more detail on how the alerts work, tidied up the formatting
  • Regenerated API ref doc
