Point fork links at apemind-agent repo

Why

The repository was renamed from apecloud/goose to apecloud/apemind-agent. Follow-up references need to point at the new repository so releases, update checks, issue links, and install scripts no longer rely on GitHub redirects.

What changed

• Update CLI install scripts to download from apecloud/apemind-agent.
• Update Desktop GitHub publisher/updater defaults to apecloud/apemind-agent.
• Update Desktop issue-report links to the new repository.
• Update Docker image metadata labels to ApeMind Agent / ApeCloud / the new repo URL.
