What is this PR for?

Existing Travis-CI config contained references to previous distributions, etc. This PR fixes this.
It also fixes a problem with Livy interpreter, where tests were failing because R wasn't enabled for them

What type of PR is it?

Bug Fix / Improvement

What is the Jira issue?

How should this be tested?
