This link's release page includes pre-releases (RC's) and Helm chart releases.

https://github.com/apache/superset/releases/latest would automatically redirect to the release with latest tag.

@Radovenchyk can you fill out the summary? Is this for something we aren't already doing? Is the link wrong with what we currently have? it's hard to tell what the purpose of this pr is intended to do.

Sorry about the confusion on my comment earlier, I thought the new link pointed to the "all release tags "page on GitHub, but it's pointing to the latest release. I corrected directly on your branch here.
