This PR aims to use `hadoop-3.2` distribution in HiveExternalCatalogVersionsSuite if available. ### Why are the changes needed? Apache Spark 3.1 is using Hadoop 3 by default. We need to focus on Hadoop 3 more to prepare the future. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Pass the CIs. Closes apache#30722 from dongjoon-hyun/SPARK-33750.
