[SPARK-28537][SQL][HOTFIX][FOLLOW-UP] Add supportColumnar in DebugExec

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR add supportColumnar in DebugExec. Seems there was a conflict between #25274 and #25264

Currently tests are broken in Jenkins:
