You're right that the page is no longer generated, but, this PR doesn't make sense as a fix. It should be closed.

Instead the main spark.apache.org site needs to point to http://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/rdd-programming-guide.html instead

I'm receive the 404 error (http://spark.apache.org/docs/2.2.0/programming-guide.html) when i visit the spark website page. Browse the path is Documentation --> Latest Release(Spark 2.2.0) --> Programming Guides --> Spark Programming Guide.

I want to report this 404 scene, but i don't know how to inform you. so i create a new file (_404_programming-guide.html). i'm sorry.
