Remove dashboard-maven-plugin from build (Shiro 2.x)

This plugin is 15 years old and has not been updated
It currently fails when detecting the Java version when using:

Java version: 11.0.20.1, vendor: Azul Systems, Inc.

Trivial changes like typos do not require a GitHub issue (javadoc, comments...).
In this case, just format the pull request title like [DOC] - Add javadoc in SessionManager.
