Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Fix the bug that nativeTest test suite cannot recognize modules without source code. See Native Build Tools cannot recognize Maven modules that only have pom.xml but no source code graalvm/native-build-tools#727 .
• I can't say I could figure out a direct fix for Native Build Tools cannot recognize Maven modules that only have pom.xml but no source code graalvm/native-build-tools#727 . Simply appending an extra Maven goal to the Maven Profile would be an easy fix.
• Update documentation reference for formal discussion of changing HiveServer2's default table format.
