What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Wrong test was updated in PR #5344. This change is to correctly remove flaky tag from TestSnapshotDeletingService.testMultipleSnapshotKeyReclaim test.
After #5986, pendingEvictionList has been removed and assertion on pendingEvictionList has been removed as well which was causing Intermittent test failure.
