Hi @mukul1987,
This version has a change (apache/ratis@004ac670) which was basically reverted (apache/ratis@b49974df) due to issues it causes in leader election. The same timeout issue is now observable in Ozone (3-node pipeline creation). I think we need another Ratis version update, or if not available, a revert of this change. Can you please check?
