What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The replicateContainer command uses a ReplicationSupervisor object to implement a threadpool used to process replication commands.
In DatanodeStateMachine this thread pool is initialized with a hard coded number of threads (10). This should be made configurable with a default value of 10.
