Description

Clarify the documentation for adding options/args to the standalone openwhisk jar when running in the docker container.

Related issue and scope

Did not open one for a doc change.

My changes affect the following components

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (generally a non-breaking change which closes an issue).
  • Enhancement or new feature (adds new functionality).
