On the Get Started instructions for MXNet version 1.9.1 say to simply run "pip install mxnet". This does not work. There doesn't appear to actually be a wheel for version 1.9.1. In fact, there doesn't seem to be a wheel compiled for anything above version 1.8.0.
Running "pip install mxnet -f https://dist.mxnet.io/python/cpu" will only install version 1.8.0, regardless of python 3.7, 3.8, or 3.9.
Libraries that rely on MXNet (for instance, AutoGluon) have already moved on to require MXNet version >1.9.0.
Could you please make version 1.9.1 available to Windows users via pip?

The Windows build was suffered from too many CUDA and BLAS combinations and the corresponding issue has not been fixed since sometime around version 1.7. If you want to build a wheel for specific CUDA and BLAS, you can check this link for a reference.
