Get error massages when build mxnet on Windows

when I follow this step to build mxnet on master branch, I got error messages :

I have successfully built mxnet after re-clone source code. But when I load symbol file, I get this error:

"ndarray was not saved in np shape semantics, but being loaded in np shape semantics."
" Please turn off np shape semantics in Python using with np_shape(False)"
" to scope the code of loading the ndarray.
