[MSHARED-1407] Track dependency usage by referencing classes

Improve upon the existing functionality which tracks which specific classes in a given dependency are used, by mapping those uses to which classes are using them.

This is a resurrection of an older issue (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MSHARED-632) / PR (#20), which was closed due to lack of support for default interface methods prior to JDK8.

which I plan on adding a PR to maven-dependency-plugin to show how we use this feature in practice.
Jared Stehler Do you still intend to update maven-dependency-plugin for this? I'm wondering how this feature could become useful.
