What would you like to be improved?

Spark TPC-H/DS Connectors are mostly used for testing, we'd better provide both Scala 2.12 and 2.13 for next release

How should we improve?

branch-1.8 already supports building against Scala 2.13, just needs to modify the release scripts to build and upload the corresponding jars to Nexus.

Are you willing to submit PR?

• Yes. I would be willing to submit a PR with guidance from the Kyuubi community to improve.
