Change
There is a command line IRI parser that prints information and errors about IRIs.
There is also an IRI validator in Fuseki and SPARQLer.
These can be changed to use the new jena-iri3986 package separately from the system default setting of IRI parsing. This will expose IRI3986 in advance of a system-wide switch over.
New IRI package: #2800.
