The code diff brings mostly dependency updates.
Notable:
- Updates dependency on sigstore/cosign-installer action from 3.7.0 to 4.0.0
- Adds a new dependency to the
astral-sh/setup-uvaction for version 7.0.0, which is not in the allow list (current 7.1.2 however is)
Not sure how to proceed with this bump. Should astral-sh/setup-uv@7.0.0 be manually added?
