Without these changes the Avro files that were generated couldn't be parsed by the iceberg rest catalog service.

column_sizes,value_countsanddata_filefield optionalities to conform to the specification at https://iceberg.apache.org/spec/#manifestsWithout these changes the Avro files that I was generating couldn't be parsed by the iceberg rest catalog service.
