@Zhangchaoming Didn't see your PR earlier. Your PR didn't rename the FlinkSplitGenerator to FlinkSplitPlanner. I created another port PR #3870. Can you close this PR? We also decided that we will merge FLIP-27 Iceberg source code to 1.14 only. So we decided to revert the commit in PR #3501. The revert PR is #3871 |

This PR mainly implements IcebergSourceSplit and its serializer for flink 1.14, which is related to Flink: FLIP-27 Iceberg source split #3501.
