This PR integrates S3FILEIO with SSEC support in Analytics Accelerator library.

Tested these changes by running E2E tests by enabling the Analytics Accelerator config and SSEC config. Ran various test scenarios like

  1. Writing and reading file with same SSEC key.
  2. Writing with one SSEC key and reading with a different SSEC key.
  3. Writing with one SSEC key and reading with empty SSEC key.

Converted the PR to draft. We will release the SSEC feature in AAL on July 4th, after which will change the draft status of this PR.
