Fix test conflicts
This fixes an issue with click pypa/hatch#2050
Deprecation starts only with parquet v56.1.0 and the updated methods don't exist prior to it. Removing this change to leave more room for different parquet/ arrow/ ... versions.
This fixes a cargo check error
