What is the purpose of the pull request
Adding spark continuous ingestion tool. Users can provide a source directory which can contain sub-directories w/ data. This tool will consume one directory at a time and ingest into hudi. It also checkpoints the last consumed directory and so, its safe to crash and restart the job at any point in time.
