What is the purpose of the pull request
Upgrade Presto version from 0.217 to 0.268 in docker setup. This includes current Hudi-related changes in presto-hive connector.
Once this is landed, then follow-up tasks in that sequence:
AbstractHoodieTableFileIndex#4531 and upgrade the presto version in docker setup to the one that contains above changes - HUDI-3284Brief change log
