Can't seem to get this working on my computer right now, if anybody would like to try cloning and trying to debug, feel free to! Will be working on this tmr. |

Description
Added the debugging which is used in
Pola-rs. Removed./vscodefrom git-ignore due to it needing to be used for setting up the.launch.jsonfile,settings.json, etc.closes #74 , If merged a guide should still be added for rust rover ide
