we havent got a release number for branch-3.3; any value is trouble. I've proposed calling it 3.4.0 as it is big enough, in other docs I'm using hadoop.next https://github.com/steveloughran/fs-api-shim#orgapachehadoopfsshimfsdatainputstreamshim
