BIGTOP-4022. Fix build failure of Hive against Tez 0.10.2.

Description of PR

This PR replaces patch1-HIVE-23190.diff with patch1-HIVE-27336.diff, which comes from apache/hive#4315 and supercedes the latter, for addressing the API change in Tez 0.10.2.

How was this patch tested?

Tested on CentOS 7 (x86_64) with this patch, as follows:

$ ./gradlew allclean hive-pkg repo -Dbuildwithdeps=true
$ cd provisioner/docker
$ ./docker-hadoop.sh -d -dcp -C config_centos-7.yaml -G -L -k hdfs,hbase,hive -s hive -c 1

@guyuqi Please resolve JIRA issue and set "Fix Version/s" field after merging PR. Leaving JIRA open will complicate release process since the open JIRAs are not included in the generated release notes.
