Support Object Composition

Not sure, but documenting that this is something supported by the stores but not the ObjectStore trait

One potential use-case for this is copying objects larger than the 5GB limit of CopyObject

It is worth highlighting that appending to an existing object is a special case of this general class of API.

The major feature these APIs add over the existing multipart options is allowing for parts smaller than 5MB
