Problem
Now that we no longer use the write version when storing accounts (see #476),
StorableAccountsdoes not need to care about it.Summary of Changes
Remove write version from StorableAccounts.
Note, this PR does not change
StorableAccountsWithHashesAndWriteVersions. That'll happen in the next PR.
