On Windows, str(Path) produces backslash-separated paths which the API rejects. Use .as_posix() to ensure forward slashes on all platforms. Fixes anthropics#1051

On Windows, calling
client.beta.skills.create()fails with "Skill contains path with invalid characters" becausestr(path.relative_to())produces backslash-separated paths likedir\file.txt.The API expects POSIX-style paths with forward slashes regardless of OS. Changed both
_collect_files()and_async_collect_files()to use.as_posix()instead ofstr().Fixes #1051
