lxd_container tasks at the moment are skipped when running ansible-playbook --check, it would be useful to know if a container's configuration would be changed or not before actually deploying the change

Can this be re-opened now ? Dunno why #1459 (comment) did not make the bot happy

@strk the bot was waiting for multiple things that were missing, component was only one part of multiple.

Also check and diff mode for lxd_container have long been implemented - see #5866.
