OpenTUI v0.5.17 enables OSC 8 hyperlinks in more terminals
(anomalyco/opentui#1575): VS Code and other xterm.js terminals, Zed,
mintty, and VTE 0.52.2+ (GNOME Terminal). FORCE_HYPERLINK now overrides
detection. A wrapped URL now opens in full from any of its rows.
