fix(core): bundle compatible provider entrypoints

Summary

• Register anthropic-compatible, openai-compatible/responses, and openai-compatible-responses in the built-in provider package map so release binaries resolve them through bundled imports instead of bare package imports.
• Keep the existing external package resolution behavior unchanged.
• No test changes.

Verification

• Verified the standalone-binary failure before the fix and successful model initialization afterward for all three paths and their legacy aliases; test changes were subsequently removed as requested.
• bun typecheck from packages/core: passed.
• Prettier and git diff --check: passed.
• bun run check: lint completed with existing warnings; repository-wide typechecking is blocked by missing @kitlangton/solid-motion in packages/ui/src/navigation/segmented-control/segmented-control.tsx.
