Feature Proposal

If you have an idea how to improve the library or if you want to see some clustering algorithm or oscillatory network model in the pyclustering library than do not hesitate and provide your proposal using 'Issues' of the project on github page, or you can write a message about it using following E-Mail: [email protected].

Here you will find some recommendations related to feature proposal:

1. In case of algorithm/model implementation, please, provide articles that are devoted to the topic;
2. In case of improvement, please, describe in details what you want to see;
3. Do not hesitate to share with your ideas;
