[pyclustering.utils.metric] Gower distance

Introduction
There is request to obtain Gower distance:

I am studying for a Data Science Fellowship through my work and as part of this I have various projects to produce to show my understanding of each concept. The first one is around clustering: I was trying to cluster a large dataset of mixed variable types (categorical, continuous and ordinal) and after much searching discovered that the appropriate methodology was to apply a Gower Distance matrix to the K-medoids functionality. Your package provided the k-medoids functionality and accepts a distance matrix as an input which is awesome. I am working in python and it appears that most of the stuff I need is implemented in R but not in python.
