Full interoperability with MQL. Full support for weighted edges

After 9 months pretty intensive work with Text-Fabric, several glitches have been discovered and fixed.
We started using weighted edges, and it turned out that this aspect of Text-Fabric had not been well-tested.
Now features that assign values to edges can be used.

In text-fabric, you could already export data as MQL.
Now we have also made an importMQL function.

This is part of a bigger pipeline to convert Hebrew Bible data from the ETCBC into TF, and from there to SHEBANQ.
