This PR adds

  • a GitHub Actions workflow to build and upload .deb packages on release.
  • installation section in README for Debian/Ubuntu package.

hi @anistark , @farhaanbukhsh

Not sure on how to handle the signing of the package -

Should I include it in the workflow itself?
This would require to store the GPG private key in Github Secrets, as it would be used in the workflow for signature.
The public key can be added in the release to verify the signature.
