The `MatCommonModule` has been basically a no-op for a while and these changes finally remove it. BREAKING CHANGE: * `MatCommonModule` has been removed. * `GranularSanityChecks` has been removed. * `MATERIAL_SANITY_CHECKS` has been removed. * `SanityChecks` has been removed.
