Existing Tickets Bugfix

• Bugfix for multiple tickets (searches existing tickets w/ new/open status by subject, now)
• Add an option to update existing tickets

20.4.64.1402+ Compatibility

• Upgrading to v20.4.64.1402+ broke the %messages value again, removed the unneeded processing that this update made redundant.
• Paessler also directs users from a previous forum post to a KB entry that will be maintained, going forward (that lists all available placeholders that can be utilized with this script)

Redundant Ticket Reply Fix

When a sensor goes back up, often times the webhook will push an 'OK' message.

This fixes that.
