test_omni_processing_correctness loads real HF Qwen2.5-Omni-7B and Qwen3-Omni-30B processors with 32 batches per parametrization. On ROCm CPU this dominates Model Executor shard 2 and exceeds the CI time budget. Mirror the CosyVoice incremental HiFT ROCm skip pattern. Split omni processor tests into a dedicated 45-minute lane, exclude them from the sharded Model Executor job, increase shard count to 3, reduce omni processing batch count to 8, and skip large audio chunk mask sizes on ROCm to address shard 2 straggler timeouts. Build #12137 failed because Model Executor shard 2/2 hit the 60-minute cap with no pytest failures (~877/1177 tests, needs ~80 min).
