Table of Contents

Any chance of a table of contents in the Style Guide and the Interop Guide, like the one at the top of the Google Java Style Guide?

There's two reasons we don't have this: * As far as I can tell there's no easy way to automatically generate it with the markdown site. * If we add an item between two others it messes up the numbers for anyone that refers to the rules by their numbering. I'm not actually too concerned about point 2, but the lack of point 1 means we have to manually number things. It'd be great to find something which automates this.
