Temporary fork-only trigger update for the NousResearch#91111 verifier. The base already contains the verifier, so this PR runs it against
campaign/hermes-tag-kerneland publishes an exact-head status. Merge only if another main-push rerun is needed; delete the workflow after receipt capture.
