Temporary execution repair for upstream NousResearch#91079. Connector-originated comments/PR events do not emit Actions in this fork, so this uses GitHub's server-originated schedule to execute the exact same closure directly on
windows-latest: capture live upstream main, compose exactly 14 product/test paths, run JS+Python transaction tests, build/rebuild a real packaged Windows app, settle it through the Python launchability gate, re-attest upstream main, then force-with-lease publish the witnessed single-parent candidate. Remove immediately after exact branch and artifact read-back.
