Repairs the temporary NousResearch#90913 publisher's own race. The staging implementation and NousResearch#90198 source are pinned to exact reviewed commits, while upstream
mainis bound once at execution and becomes the new product commit's sole parent. Focused tests, TypeScript, ESLint, diff hygiene, and exact four-path topology still gate publication.
