Hi Ben,

I have registered the NCBI hackthon. Hope I will be able to get a chance to
work in a wonderful team.

Best regards,
Yixing

Wow, that seems great!
Regrettably, those days I’ll be coming back from Argentina and can’t miss another week of work.
Anyway, if you team plan to go ahead and like to have some help from a distance I’ll be glad to assist.

Happy Thanksgiving holidays!

Yixing and/or Martin, I would like to take this offline, and possibly chat
by phone Tuesday or Wednesday.

Can one of you guys send an email to the three of us off this string?

Cheers and thanks!

Ben

What have you done today to make the world a better place?

This really seems great, as said Hernán!

I won't be able to participate from this hackathon, however I finished some unfinished code from me and Zaheer, so you have a safer starting point. It is now possible to generate the boolean matrix for N-mer and now it is easier to generate and read the decision trees.

Cheers,

Andre Carvalho
