Picks up the dark-mode CSS fixes (design-blazor #5): readable listbox hover in dialogs, and base buttons, light badges and grid stripes no longer leak the light theme onto the dark shell. Lockfiles updated.

Directory.Packages.props; the three lockfiles that reference the package updated (only theAndreGoepel.Design.Blazorentry changed — the package's content hash for 1.0.3 is deterministic, so--locked-moderestore stays reproducible). The main project builds against 1.0.3; the bump is CSS-only, no API surface change.
