Description of changes:
AWS Multi-node Batch CDK package enables user with minimum knowledge of AWS to quickly (~15min) generate AWS infra to run PECOS training distributed Batch jobs.

Please follow README for detailed steps on how to use this package.

Had a pass and LGTM. Previously also followed the usage and the example to deploy the stacks and submit a job for testing.
